    All Recipes use Grams and teaspoons to measure ingredients. I highly recommend investing in a digital weighing scale (they are available on Amazon for as low as ₹250 and they last for years!)

    I used my digital weighing scale for over 10 years before I bought a new one!

    Weighing your ingredients using a digital scale especially if you are just starting out in the baking world, ensures that your results are accurate every single time!

    Everyone's cup measurements are different and depending on how you weigh these ingredients, you will get dramatically different results each time you bake, which is not at all what you want as a baker! Baking is a science, so you certainly want to be as accurate as you possibly can! 🥰

    No! All ingredients are regular everyday-use ingredients.

    You use a wide variety of flours (not Maida and Not Atta) and a wide variety of sweeteners all easily available and inexpensive as they are local to India. If you are living outside India, these ingredients should be easily available in Asian / Indian shops.
